Japanese Language Course (TITP)

TITP is an initiative taken to promote skill development not only for employment but also to empower youth for greater social mobility and economic advancements. The program facilitates various opportunities for Indian youth to work in an international environment with great exposure enabling them to learn new skills and get financial stability. The primary objective of TITP is to contribute to fostering talented individuals who can play leading roles in the development of their countries, industries, and economies by accepting young and middle-aged workers from Developing countries as interns to work in Japan and thereby transferring technical skills, technology and knowledge developed and cultivated in Japan to the respective industries in the intern’s home countries. It plays a role in a part of Japan’s international cooperation and contribution activities.

As an empaneled Sending Organization, Learnet Skills has been imparting various activities in India and Japan and has signed up with multiple Supervising Organizations in Japan, to extract high demand for multiple job roles. Currently, Learnet has set up TITP Training Centers in Delhi, Trivandrum, Kalimpong, Dehradun and Guwahati.

Multiple Job Roles Under TITP

Sector Job Role Description
Machinery & Metal Machine Operator As a machine operator in Japan, the roles and responsibilities include installing, setting up, and operating machines according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools. They also perform TPM (Total Production Management), TQM (Total Quality Management) and record-keeping system
Machinery & Metal Electroplating, The job of an electroplater in Japan includes tasks such as reviewing work orders, noting specifications about plating, as well as initiating the electroplating process by washing the objects in a cleansing bath followed by applying a solution to the items. Electroplaters also inspect materials and equipment and characterize products in terms of their size, quantities, distances, and costs. They also maintain records and documentation and ensure that they comply with industry standards.

 

Others Care worker As a Caregiver in Japan, the job responsibility of an intern would be to provide routine individualized care to elderlies at hospitals/ home sets/old age homes/community centers, etc. They assist in maintaining activities of daily living for elderlies & work in collaboration with healthcare teams, individuals, and caretakers to deliver the prescribed healthcare services.

 

Others Welding As a Welder in Japan, the job responsibility is to assemble pieces of metal or repair damage in components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting the metals into shape.
Others Plastic Molding As a plastic/injection molding machine operator in Japan, my roles and responsibilities include setting up and operating injection molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials. Installing dies on the machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools. They also perform TPM (Total Production Management), TQM (Total Quality Management) and record-keeping system

Eligibility Criteria

Caregiver:
  • Minimum 12th-passed candidates
  • Preferred candidates – BSC Nursing, ANM, GNM, GDA, Paramedics
Electroplater technician:
  • ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or ATS in Electroplater
Plastic Moulding/ Machine Operator
  • ITI in Plastic/Injection Moulding or ATS in Plastic/Injection Moulding
Course Fee:
  • INR 1,50,000 Plus Taxes Per Candidate.
